well it's been awhile.....

So I've been super bad about updating our blog lately! Let's see here what's new....

• We went to Indiana a little over a week ago to visit some friends from college. It was fun to get away for a few days. We had a lot of fun sightseeing around Indianapolis! Kent was a great tour guide! I've never known anyone to know so many facts about their state:) I think he's very proud;) We went to the Indianapolis Zoo and saw a dolphin show which Alex loved! We even got to pet sharks! In the evenings we had fun staying up late playing games with Kent & Amber.
  
• My nephew Zion had surgery on Wednesdsay which went very well! Praise God! We are going up to Portland to see him tomorrow. He went home from the hospital this afternoon and it sounds like he's doing well!
  
• Jasmine and Preston are coming home with us from Portland to hang out until Thanksgiving. Hopefully we'll get lots of baking and cooking done before Thursday:) Nick and my mom will also be joining us for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately I have to work that day, so we'll just have to be really organized and get everything done early~


• Madison is still enjoying kindergarten. She's bringing home books each week she has to read successfuly, they then return and get the next level. We're on level 2 now and apparently there are 22 levels:) It's neat watching her learn to read, but can also be a bit frustrating~
• Brock's car broke down on his way home from work Friday. Thankfully he broke down right in front of an auto repair shop just before 5 pm. The guy at the shop was just leaving, but was nice enough to take a look at his car and knew right away what was wrong. He's going to have it fixed on Monday! That worked out well~
  
• I'm sure there's more to report, I just can't think of anything more at the moment. Hopefully we'll have more exciting news to report soon:)
• Oh yeah can't forget, Way to go BEAVS! Just one more win and we're going to the Rose Bowl!
