Last night we had Madison's Christmas violin recital at an assisted living facility in Corvallis. She did great! She played "Jingle Bells" and "We Wish You a Merry Christmas." Walking out to the car afterwards we quickly realized the parking lot had turned into a skating rink! It was so icy! Madison & Alex left with their grandparents for a sleepover and Bos, Brock and I headed home for a rare night with just one kid! We spent most of the day at home today which was kind of nice. We finished decorating the tree finally! We got these cool liquid chalk pens-- the girls had fun trying them out on their chalk wall.
Boston's big news of the week is that he has officially rolled from his tummy to his back multiple times! He's still working on rolling back over to his tummy-he'll get there eventually! It's actually much easier for me that he's not mobile yet. I can put him down, leave the room and come back and he's still there! It's great! He has a constant source of entertainment with his two big sisters around. They don't ever leave the poor guy alone!
