Boston had his six month check today! He tipped the scales at 21# 7oz....and was a whopping 28 1/2" long! Holy cow! I have no idea how he got so big. His sisters were relatively "normal" size wise. My milk must just be really high in calories this time around?! He's eating solids now. I decided to make all his baby food. With the girls I had good intentions, but never really had the time. My mom got me
this really cool baby food maker which makes it really easy! So far he's tried acorn squash, carrots, peas, and avacado (which did not like!). In the beginning we kind of had to force it into his mouth but he's getting the hang of things now. He now lunges for the spoon! He's sitting up and rolling from his tummy to his back. He's not as advanced as a lot of babies his age simply because he's so ginormous! It's a little harder when you're huge! Still no teeth, I'm expecting one any day! Boston's probably one of the most well entertained babies ever. His big sisters never leave him alone. They are always singing to him or dancing for him or involving him in all their crazy dramatic games! Needless to say, it takes a lot to startle him!

We have the same baby food processor and I LOVE it. I was able to make all of Dylann's food with it and now use it to heat up items for her lunch and dinner. I can't believe how fast Boston is growing!
HE.
IS.
HUGE.
Can't believe it. Maybe it's your milk or maybe it's just the difference between boys and girls. ;) Miss you guys. Come visit us in Texas!
