We celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday at my mom's house. My mom cooked most of the food. Brock was the major contributor from our family- he made the pumpkin & pecan pie, mashed potatoes and rolls. He had mandatory vacation from work this week which was fabulous for us. It's so much more convenient having two adults at home when you have three kids! Jasmine, Nick, & Preston came down from Portland. We had so much fun! The food was amazing, and the kids kiddos all had fun playing together. After dinner Jasmine gave Madison & Alex haircuts. It's going to be so fun for them to have an aunt who can do hair stuff. Alex was so exhausted after dinner, she kept nodding off to sleep while Jaz was cutting her hair--it was hilarious! The girls spent the night at my mom's house and Jaz and Preston stayed with us. Nick had to head back to Portland to work this morning.
Jasmine and I woke up at 4am and went to Target to get the black friday experience. Neither of us had ever gone out that early on black friday before. It was quite an experience! We got there @ 4:30 and Target opened at 5am. There were probably at least 500 people in front of us in line to get in! We knew what we wanted so we quickly got our items then went to get in line. The line to pay literally wrapped around the entire store, it was intense! We got back home by 6:30 am and went back to bed. Brock didn't even realize we had gone. He woke up and said, "well I guess you didn't wake up to go shopping."

Your Target experience looks similar to mine! I couldn't believe how organized our Target was this year!
