fall

Fall has officially set in. We're back in the swing of things with school and all the girls' activities. We're having lots of fun, but I do miss the simplicity of summer. I feel like I'm constantly driving to and from this and that. I should probably just get used to it though because I have a long road ahead of me! It's really not too bad, it's just hard to get Boston on any sort of napping schedule when I'm not home for more than two hours at a time during the day. Luckily he's an easy going little guy and doesn't mind us dragging him along everywhere.
School is going well. Alex loves going to preschool, she has the sweetest teacher ever! My sweet little innocent Alex is beginning to develop a little fiesty streak. I'm sure it's just a phase we must go through, she's just trying to assert her independence. She is still totally adorable and says the funniest things! I'm pretty sure she's going to give us a run for our money when she's older--
Madison is starting to enjoy 1st grade a little more. She still misses her kindergarten teacher. Her 1st grade teacher is a little more down to business, that coupled with the longer days has been a bit challenging for her. She is a very self motivated, driven little girl. She loves to read and frequently reads stories to Boston & Alex. It's pretty cute!
Boston is still growing like a weed. He is so big! He is still sleeping great at night which has made my life much easier! Naps are hit and miss, but I really don't care as long as he sleeps at night. He's still not rolling over, but he certainly tries:) He's grabbing toys and putting everything in his mouth. I haven't started feeding him solid food yet. He's just starting to show a little interest. So maybe in the next month or so. Nursing is just so easy, once he starts eating that's just one more thing I have to do. I'm sure that sounds terrible:)
Brock has been traveling more for work lately. He just got back from Germany/Sweden a few weeks ago. He has to leave again Monday for Japan. I don't know what the deal is! It's definitely much more exhausting doing everything by myself. I get spoiled when he's home because he helps out so much.
Here's a few pics from the last few weeks~
