two week check

Boston & Dr. Allendersleeping on the scale~

Okay so our sweet little Boston is getting HUGE! He is now 9 lbs 6 oz, making him almost 1 1/2 lbs larger than his birth weight! It's kind of sad how quickly the newborn phase passes by! His two week check went well, he even managed to pee on Dr. Allender which was pretty funny. The past few days Boston has been more awake which is fun! We definitely try to encourage day time awakeness (is that a word?) Last night he slept his longest stretch yet; just over 6 hours! We'll see if he can repeat that for us tonight!

Madison started t-ball today which was pretty fun, she's been looking forward to this for months! She also has yet another loose tooth. She lost her first tooth on Easter Sunday, it literally fell out of her mouth when she looked down. It was completely uneventful, no pain, no bleeding. So you would think that this time around she would be okay with the fact that her tooth is about to come out! She is completely petrified! Her tooth is barely hanging on, I think if I barely touched it, it would fall right out. This evening she refused to talk or eat anything because she was so worried her tooth would come out! Part of me feels a little bad for her, the other part of me thinks this is completely hilarious! She is so dramatic! Hopefully it falls out first thing tomorrow, or else we're going to have quite an interesting day!
