another party!

We had another busy Saturday! We first headed to the Farmer's Markets to get some tulip bouquets for Mother's Day, then off to the Toy Factory to get a gift for one of Madison's friends. Madison had a birthday party to go to at the bowling alley earlier in the day. While she was there I did some errands to get ready for her birthday party. While I was out running errands Brock was at home making the cake. Madison specifically requested a castle cake, so I delegated that job to Brock:) Jasmine and Nick came down this afternoon to spend some time with the girls and came to the party with us. We had Madison's birthday party out at Peak Elite a gymnastics facility in Corvallis. The kid's had a ton of fun! There was a bounce house and all sorts of fun structures for them to play on. We had Woodstock's pizza and Brock's fancy castle cake with ice cream. We ended up running out of time, so Madison had to open presents when we got home. We figured it was better for the kids to maximize their time playing rather than sit and watch Madison open her gifts. The kid's are now in bed, and our house is officially trashed! Brock is going out of town tomorrow for the next week, so hopefully I can get our house back in order. Anyways, that's all for now. I need to go watch the Grey's Anatomy I missed on Thursday!
